■ Photos from the event

Kinokuniya New York hosted the third Bibliobattle event on Saturday.  The battle theme was Dystopian Worlds and a better than expected six battlers entered to shout out their favorite books in the category.  It was a lot of fun and we learned a lot from the battlers.
Books battled included ‘Grass’ by Sherry Temper, ‘Ready Player One’ by Ernest Cline, ‘Never Let Me Go’ by Kazuo Ishiguro, ‘Scorpio Races’ by Maggie Stiefvater, ‘Space Merchants’ by Frederick Pohl and ‘Sudden Death’ by Alvaro Enrigue.

Thank you to our battlers for putting on spirited and entertaining battles and thank you to our moderator for this battle, Justine Manzano whose take on Bibliobattle is well summed up in her post:  https://justinemanzano.com/2017/01/30/bibliobattling/.
