The Hope of Another Spring

Join us for a special presentation by Barbara Johns, author of The Hope of Another Spring, a biography of Issei artist Takuichi Fujii from the University of Washington Press. This event is timed with a rare exhibit of the artist’s work at the Washington State History Museum in Tacoma, Witness to Wartime, on view from September 16 through January 1, 2018, and curated by the author.
