Help Topics - Changing Orders
All orders placed on BookWeb will be shipped from our logistics center. Because our system is automated, any additional order placed separately by email, phone, or on the Delivery Memo from BookWeb will be handled manually, in which case your credit card information may be required again when we contact you about the additional orders. Please note that these orders may be delivered separately from your original BookWeb order.
If some items are ready to be shipped before others, we will gladly split your order. Please note that a $8 shipping fee will be charged for both shipments. Please call our customer service center at 212.869.1267 (Mon - Fri 11am - 5pm (ET) ) to make a request. Some order cannot be split.
International orders cannot be split.
Change of Address
If you wish to change your address after you completed checking out, please contact us immediately. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Orders that have been confirmed cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned except when items are faulty or damaged. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase.
Please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the exchange or refund of an item purchased on BookWeb USA. NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
