Shipping Rates

Shipping Fee - Domestic
There will be a $8 shipping fee for any orders under $50.
Please note that a re-shipping fee will be charged on any shipment that needs to be reshipped as a result of a customer providing an incorrect shipping address at the time of checkout.

Shipping Fee - International
Delivery charges depend of the quantity of the items and the country of destination.

Delivery fee for Canada and Mexico:
$13.00 Fixed Processing Charge + $1.50 per item

Delivery fee for other international countries:
$18.00 Fixed Processing Charge + $5.50 per item

Please note that we cannot split your order for any international orders.  The customer is responsible for any charges including customs, re-shipping or any extra fees due to country regulations. We may not be able to ship to some countries due to restrictions

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping if you spend $50 or more on a single order on BookWeb. Domestic only.

Free Store Pickup

When you place your order through our online store, you have an option to pick it up at one of our retail stores. There will be no shipping fee applied.

To place an order and pick it up at one of our store locations.
1) Shop Online: Place your order and select the store where you would like to pick up your order.
2) Receive Email: We will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up at the selected store.
3) Pick up in store: Pick up your order at the counter. Just show your ID to our friendly staff.

Ordering Japanese Items

Japanese items ordered through our online store is sent to you directly by air from our Fulfillment Center in Japan.  In-stock items usually arrive at our U.S. domestic delivery services within 7-10 business days from the time of order.  For urgent requests, please contact your closest store before placing your order, and they will check the item availability.  

オンラインでご注文頂いた日本の書籍は、日本国内に所在するフルフィルメントセンターを通して航空便にてお取り寄せさせて頂きます。「在庫あり」表示の日本の書籍はオーダーされてから7-10営業日程で米国内の配送業者に引き渡されます。お急ぎの場合は、オンライン注文される前に最寄の支店までお問い合わせ下さい。そちらの支店に在庫があれば、お取り置きもしくはご配送を承ります。

Ordering Items with Different Availabilities

Domestic Delivery
When you order items with different availabilities, if your entire order is less than $50, we will group all items together in one shipment when they become available for a flat rate of $8. If your order is $50 and above, we will group all items together in one shipment when they become available and ship them for free. Should you need any of your orders to be delivered separately, whenever an item becomes available, please contact us via inquiry so that we can arrange for that.

Shipping during Holiday Season

Please be advised that delivery times may take longer during the Christmas holiday season. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Also, due to Japanese New Year's holiday, shipment from Japan will stop from late December to January 8th.

For urgent requests, please contact your closest store for availability before placing your order.

*New Year's holiday will only affect orders for Japanese books.
