If your order contains some items that are not currently available, such as pre-orders, we will hold the order and ship all of the items together in a single shipment when everything is available.

Shipping Within the U.S
Free Shipping on $50+ orders
Orders totaling more than $50 ( before tax) qualify for Free Shipping within the United States.
In the event that your order’s cost drops below $50 due to the cancellation of unavailable items, your order will still be eligible for free shipping.
Standard $8 Shipping Fee
An $8 shipping fee is applied to orders totaling under $50 (before tax).

Can I pick up my order at Kinokuniya USA Stores?
Yes. You can choose store locations for pickup when checking out of your online orders. There is no shipping fee for store pickup orders.
If the store of your choice does not have stock of an item, the item will be transferred from our warehouse. In this case, please allow extra time for your order to become ready for pick up.

Can I buy a Kinokuniya Gift Card Online?
Unfortunately, you cannot buy giftcards directly from our Webstore.
- Kinokuniya Gift Cards can be purchased at any Kinokuniya USA Store.
- If you would like to have it shipped as a gift, please fill out the form here. There will be a $7.00 domestic shipping fee as we use USPS with signature option to ensure the delivery.
