"Who are the real beasts here?"
In a world where eared humans, called Bestia, and non-eared humans coexist, Dr. Akira Miyaji specializes in treating eared patients as a Bestia himself. Born to non-eared parents, Miyaji grows up believing his instincts must be suppressed. On the other hand, Sougo Kijima lets his Bestia instincts run free and sows his wilds oats, much to the dismay of his physician, Dr. Miyaji!
The line between doctor and patient blurs when Dr. Miyaji goes into heat and needs "treatment" from Kijima. Can Dr. Miyaji overcome his true nature as a Bestia when Kijima is more than willing to indulge his base desires?
