Iron Chef Morimoto appeared at Mitsuwa Marketplace Plano on Thursday May 25 2017. Over 300 people showed up and he demonstrated cooking Katsudon and shared tips on preparing and cooking rice. We hope everyone enjoyed the event and a special thanks to Mitsuwa Marketplace, Dallas Japanese Association ダラス日本人会, and Japan-America Society of Dallas/Fort Worth.
