Our Service

How We Deliver

Transport Magazines by Air from Japan
You will receive the magazines within 5 - 10 business days from the publication date.

Track your Package
We send you a tracking number by email after the package ships out from our U.S. warehouse in Chicago.

In-Store Pickup Option
For our In-Store Pickup subscription service, please contact your nearest store. In-Store Pickup is not available at Carrollton, Austin, Katy, and Portland Downtown stores.

Quality Assurance

Authentic Materials
We’ve established a trustworthy distribution with Japanese publishers over decades. We deliver authentic and original magazines currently being sold in Japan.

Damage Prevention
Firstly, when we receive magazines at our warehouse in Japan, we check all the magazines to see if there are any damages.

Magazines which pass our quality assurance inspection will firmly be packed and delivered to the United States. We use an envelope with a bubble cushion or a cardboard package that fits the size of the magazine.

However, you may receive a damaged package caused during the delivery. In that case, please contact our customer service.

  • It lists the popular magazines in our service, but not all magazines are listed here.

  • If the magazines you’d like to subscribe are not listed, please inquire via the entry form below.

  • Some magazines are not available for our subscription service due to the publication format and unique distribution, such as DeAGOSTINI or any magazine with an International Standard Book Number (ISBN).

  • The listed prices are for Home Delivery including shipping fees. In-Store Pick-up is not available at this moment due to the temporary store closures.
