We are excited to invite Yanagiya Tozaburo and Hiroki Nishihara to Kinokuniya Austin for a signing event celebrating the release of their new books, Atarashi Rakugo No Sekai and Reflection for leadership! Stop by September 16th, pick up a copy of their books, and get them signed starting at 2:00pm!
About Tozaburo Yanagiya:
Yanagiya Tozaburo moved to the United States with the aim of making “Japanese rakugo” a “world RAKUGO.” In April 2021, he established the RAKUGO Association of America with the desire to increase opportunities for people around the world to come into contact with rakugo, the Japanese language, and Japanese culture. He is proud that he has been able to convey Japanese culture to Japanese families overseas who have never been involved in rakugo, as well as to non-Japanese people, including Americans.
About Hiroki Nishihara:
Hiroki Nishihara has the experience of transforming himself from a dropout employee at IBM Japan to a global leader at IBM's headquarters in the United States. Based on his experience of self-transformation in Japan and IBM in the United States, cognitive science, cutting-edge coaching theory, and Buddhist philosophy, he is currently developing his own "Cognitive Leadership Program".
