In 1954, when the JAL international flights started, they introduced Japanese culture to overseas.
This is the moment when ART calendar was born. For many years, JAL has continued to introduce the beauty and culture of Japan to many customers in Japan and overseas through works of Japanese art.
In 2024, which is the 70th anniversary from the first edition, the theme will be "Japanese light", and national treasures and symbolic cultural properties will be released. JAL will introduce Japanese art with commentary.
