Three Ways to Apply/Renew:

  1. Kinokuniya Member Portal
    Complete the form in the Kinokuniya Member Portal (member.usa.kinokuniya.com) to get your member number instantly. If you would like to receive a physical membership card, please apply using option 2 or option 3.

  2. In-Store
    Fill out an application form at any of our retail stores in the U.S., and pick your favorite card design.

  3. Customer Service
    Contact our Customer Service Center below. Physical cards are avialable upon request. We will send the card via USPS after the process is complete.

About Kinokuniya Member Portal/Digital Membership Card:

All members are eligible for a Kinokuniya digital membership card through our Member Portal. To access your digital card, simply visit the portal (member.usa.kinokuniya.com) and log in using your registered email address. Simply show your digital card screen at the in-store checkout to seamlessly enjoy your benefits.

About Renewal:

Please note that we do not offer auto-renewals at this time. All Kinokuniya Members will be reminded by email to renew their membership before it expires. Memberships can be renewed the same way you applied: in-store, through the Member Portal, or by contacting Customer Service. If you already have a physical membership card, please continue using it after renewing.
