Membership Update:
Earned Gift Cards Will Now Be Sent by Email
Effective January 2026, the $10 Gift Card currently issued as a physical plastic card for Kinokuniya Membership benefits (per $300 spent) will be replaced with a digital Reward Card. This will be sent via email to enhance the delivery of membership rewards.
Should you be unable to receive Reward Cards by email, delivery by postal mail will remain available upon request. Please contact our Customer Service team if you wish to request mailed delivery. Kindly note that postal delivery is expected to take additional time.
In conjunction with this update, Reward Card Terms & Conditions will be newly established. Members are encouraged to review the full terms here.
Any $10 Gift Cards issued prior to January 2026 will remain valid and will continue to be governed by the existing Gift Card Terms & Conditions.
Please note the following key points:
Reward Cards may be redeemed only by the member to whom they are issued.
When redeeming a Reward Card, members are required to present the membership card associated with the issued reward for verification purposes.
