You can use a Kinokuniya Gift Card or Reward Card to pay for your online purchase,
except for in-store pickup orders. To use your Gift/Reward Card online, please enter all the Gift/Reward Card numbers (including CVV) on the back of the cards in the “Delivery Memo” section while checking out. *Please note we may not process the Gift/Reward Card if the numbers are missing or don’t match.

If you are using a Reward Card, please make sure to register your Kinokuniya membership card number to your online store account in advance. This allows us to verify your ownership of the Reward Card and process the payment smoothly.

We will manually process your Gift/Reward Card payment. Because of the manual process, you may not see your gift card amount deducted until the final charge.
