Kinokuniya Gift/Reward Card:
You can use a Kinokuniya Gift/Reward Card to pay for your online purchase, except for in-store pickup orders.
To use your Gift/Reward Card online, please enter all the numbers on the back of the Gift Card in the “Delivery Memo” section while checking out. In the case of E-Reward Card, you can find the Reward Card number in the notification email.
We will manually process your Gift/Reward Card payment. Because of the manual process, you may not see your gift card amount deducted until the final charge.
