Please make sure to enter the correct membership card number and expiry date.
If you just purchased the membership at our physical stores, the error may be caused by the duration of updates. New or renewed card applications which are purchased at our physical stores will be uploaded into our system on the next working day.
In such a case, please input your card number in the 'Delivery Memo' column during CHECK OUT to notify us that you have a valid membership card, or contact us.
We will manually apply the membership discounts on your order and send you the updated order confirmation.
