My order includes a book that is not published yet. Can you send me the rest of the books first that are already published?

If your order contains some items that are not currently available (pre-order), we will hold the order and ship all of the items together in a single shipment when everything is available.
Should you need any item in your order to be delivered separately, please contact us so that we can manually arrange your shipment. Extra shipping fees ($8.00) may apply.
