In-Store Pickup
We check stock at the pickup location and let you know when it's ready for pickup.
If the items are in stock at the pickup location, we will have them ready for pickup as quickly as we can.

| Out of Stock at the store | We get items from suppliers. The estimated arrival time at the store depends on the book type, such as English, Japanese or Chinese books. Please refer to the information below. We will notify you when it's ready for pickup. |
Japanese Books
We import Japanese books upon receiving online orders.
For urgent requests, please contact your nearest store to inquire about their in-store stock, and our staff will be happy to check the item availability.

| Available for order from suppliers / Out of Stock | This item is currently out of stock at our fulfillment center in Japan. We will order it from our suppliers in Japan, and it then takes about 12 - 15 days to be delivered at our warehouse in Chicago. We will email you tracking information as we process shipping. We will do our best to fulfill your order, but depending on stock availability, your order may be cancelled.

If the items are out of stock at our fulfillment center in the U.S., we import Chinese books upon receiving online orders.
