Returns: We do not allow returns or substitutions of products to Maido in a Box or any Maido in a Box brand partners and/or vendors. All sales are final.

Damaged or Incomplete Shipment:
If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment of products, or if you are otherwise unhappy with any product, please contact us. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within two (2) weeks of receipt (as shown on by our common carrier’s shipping information). Any refunds or replacements are made solely in our discretion.
