We don’t handle exchanges, but we are happy to help you process a return. Please check our return policy and contact us.
If the item is still in Order Confirmed status, you may cancel the item. Please contact us for further assistance.
We do not charge for canceled items. You may see the authorized amount including canceled items remains, but the actual amount excluding canceled items will be charged once your order has been shipped and completed.
Orders may be canceled due to availability, such as items being out of stock or out of print. Invalid payment authorization may also affect canceled orders.
