Shipping FAQ
If your order contains some items that are not currently available (pre-order), we will hold the order and ship all the items together in a single shipment when everything is available.
We will try to put all items together in one package, but items may be dispatched from different locations and arrive separately, since we have several fulfillment centers in different locations.
You can check your order status from “Your Orders”. You can also check the estimated delivery time table.

You can choose store locations for pickup when checking out your online orders. There is no shipping fee for store pickup orders.
